The Role
We are looking for a Sales Manager to join the Commercial Diving and Hyperbaric team, and take responsibility for delivering sales of products, services and systems within the Diving & Hyperbaric portfolio. 
 
This is a brand new role with focus on developing existing accounts as well as proactively seeking new customers and markets. You will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, whilst maximising sales targets and delivering high quality sales service. 
 
The role will report to the Head of Commercial Diving & Hyperbaric Sales.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for building a balanced portfolio of sales pipeline opportunities in-line with the overall sales & service budgets and forecasts.
  • Converting sales pipeline opportunities to maintain a good sustained orderbook delivering revenue and margin across the range of commercial products and services offerings.
  • Create, build, and maintain strong client relationship management, developing a framework that brings best value to JFD.
  • Responsible for the prompt response and compliance to customer requirements.
  • Direct and work collaboratively with the wider international business development/sales teams to ensure all customer initiatives, requests and enquiries are progressed effectively and all opportunities to upsell/cross-sell are exploited.
  • Actively participate and contribute towards the generation of business intelligence including all market, customer, competitor, and potential partner information to support future strategy development and research and development activity.
  • Sales administration and data gathering (generation of quotes, sales orders, CRM system management, market intelligence analysis, etc).
Qualifications and Experience
  • Experience in International CRM.
  • Experience in the Subsea/ Oil & Gas sector.
  • Knowledge of sales and bids processes.
  • Proven experience in account management and relationship building.
  • High level of commercial acumen and fluency.
  • Highly developed ability to negotiate at a senior level internally and externally.
  • First class communication and influencing skills.
  • Track record of delivering sales results and meeting financial KPIs.
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office.
  • Knowledge of the commercial diving, hyperbaric and inshore diving markets.
