About the Role:
To provide professional, high quality and accurate administrative support to all members of the NHC, including support to ensure the smooth running of training support needs as required by trainers and management.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all training work files, POs, sales orders, work orders and certification.
- Responsible for replying to all training email enquiries, liaising with clients for all training reservations, bookings and joining Instructions.
- Ensuring the training calendars are updated daily with the training course demands.
- Invoicing of weekly, monthly and quarterly billing.
- Creating and maintaining sales/work orders and also ensuring all course content/ PowerPoint slides are updated regularly.
- Liaising and assisting with any additional administration requirements.
- Reception Cover and set up of training rooms as required by trainers.
Skills & Experience:
- Strong IT skills will be required, including excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
- Excellent customer focussed communication skills, both verbally and written, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Highly motivated self-starter, capable of working independently and as part of a wider team.
- Well organised, and capable of prioritising activities within a dynamic and varied working environment with tight deadlines.
