The Role:
As Operations Coordinator, you are responsible for the successful coordination and execution of offshore projects across the UK, Africa, and Renewables regions.
You will act as the focal point for Offshore Technicians, managing incoming queries and ensuring timely responses, filter and escalate issues appropriately to the Operations Manager, Engineering Team, or Equipment Manager.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all aspects of offshore projects from initial kick-off meetings with Sales through to final invoicing, ensuring seamless execution across planning, operations, logistics, and financial closure.
  • Line Manager responsibility for UK Offshore team, providing regular feedback and check ins
  • Provide monthly and quarterly personnel forecasting to the Sales team, ensuring accurate visibility of offshore resource availability and alignment with upcoming project demands.
  • Achieve a minimum of 50% utilisation for the UK offshore team on a monthly basis, ensuring effective resource planning and deployment to meet operational and commercial targets.
  • Serve as the focal point for personnel-related matters during monthly invoice review meetings, ensuring preliminary invoices are accurate and up to date. Confirm readiness for invoicing to the Finance team, helping to reduce accruals and improve billing efficiency.
  • Participate in the on-call Rota on a 1-in-3-week basis.
  • Positively engage with company QSHE initiatives, actively supporting and promoting Quality, Safety, Health, and Environmental standards across all operations.

Who are we looking for?
You will need strong administrative and organisational skills along with the ability to multi-task effectively.
You will need to be confident and professional and comfortable working to tight deadlines whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a high attention to detail along with problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Ideally, experience in offshore operation role
  • Competent is all aspects of Microsoft Office
  • High level of computer literacy
  • Good knowledge of English grammar
  • Experience with business management systems

*This role will be based at our Great Yarmouth location therefore; you will need to live within a commutable distance to this location.
