Defence Service Coordinator

The Role:
Join us as a Defence Service Coordinator, this role, you’ll play a key part in assisting our Defence Diving team, ensuring they have everything they need to succeed. Your main focus will be managing and processing Defence spares and repair orders—keeping our operations running smoothly and efficiently.
What you’ll be doing:
- Coordinate and process Defence spares and repair orders globally.
- Act as the first point of contact for all Defence service and repair queries.
- Liaise with Production and Supply Chain teams to ensure work orders remain on schedule.
- Create and archive work orders, travellers, and sales orders accurately.
- Assist with amending Defence work order BOMs and pre-raise MoD service work orders to support planning.
- Request purchase orders and expedite Defence repairs through external processes.
- Provide regular updates to customers on service and repair progress.
- Manage invoicing and prepare shipping documentation for serviced Defence goods.
What we’re looking for:
- Excellent communication skills, confident in building strong relationships and conveying information clearly.
- Thrives under pressure and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organised with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong attention to detail combined with analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience with ERP systems is advantageous and highly valued.
- Security clearance eligibility is essential for working within Defence projects.
