Project Operations Coordinator

The Role:
In this role, you’ll support the technical and operational delivery of projects, ensuring all work meets the agreed scope and high-quality standards. You’ll manage the return and inspection of project equipment, coordinating with subcontractors to complete required maintenance and keeping accurate, up‑to‑date records of all servicing and certifications to maintain fully compliant equipment files.
What you’ll be doing:
- Ensure all project activities meet company HSE, Quality, Security and Sustainability standards.
- Support HAZID, HAZOP and HIRA requirements.
- Assist in technical and operational project delivery from tender to close‑out.
- Support project budgeting, scheduling and alignment with agreed plans.
- Follow the Integrated Management System and Management of Change processes.
- Update project progress with focus on cost, risks and opportunities.
- Assist with invoicing and coordination with finance teams.
- Help identify and mitigate project and commercial risks.
- Support preparation of operational procedures and documentation.
- Assist with pre‑mobilisation checks, assessments and team readiness.
- Contribute to resource planning and technician forecasting.
- Support project close‑out, reconciliation and final reporting.
- Help collect client feedback and document lessons learned.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and incident reviews.
What we’re looking for:
- Good administrative and organisational skills, ideally with some exposure to equipment hire or oil services environments.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under guidance, remain professional, and work to deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a willingness to learn and collaborate.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving, seeking support when needed.
- Familiarity with health, safety and environmental (HSE) practices in operational settings.
