- Support the development of critical spares strategies to support reliability and minimise downtime, and maintain critical spares as required.
- Maintain a comprehensive maintenance plan, incorporating forecasting and operational considerations.
- Oversee planning for both planned and unplanned maintenance to support reliable system performance.
What we're looking for:
- Extensive experience in a Maintenance Planner role.
- Proven experience building or enhancing maintenance planning systems and structures.
- Strong understanding of maintenance strategy and end-to-end planning processes.
- Ability to analyse and improve systems with a focus on the “why” behind planning practices.

- Wellbeing programs – employee assistance program to support you and your immediate family with counselling and support as needed.
- Flexible working arrangements, including a condensed working week to support a half day every Friday.
- Generous paid community service leave to support your local community or serve as a defence reservist.
