The role will be remotely based in Saudi Arabia with travel to meet the business needs.
What you'll be doing:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
- Develop and deliver proposals and pitches to potential clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met.
- Track, monitor, and report on business development activities.
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity.
- Support the creation and delivery of business development strategies.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to generate leads.
What we're looking for:
- Strong knowledge of the construction industry in KSA, with an extensive network of main contractors is essential.
- Solid understanding of sales and marketing principles.
- Proven experience in business development is essential.
- Technical certification or diploma in business administration, sales, or a related field (preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective client relationships.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
