Finance Administrator

The Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail‑driven Finance Administrator to help keep our financial operations running smoothly. In this key support role, you will assist with day‑to‑day finance tasks, maintain accurate records, and ensure our team has everything it needs to deliver timely, high‑quality financial work.

What you'll be doing:
- Prepare payment runs in accordance with company procedures.
- Raise intercompany and customer invoices and submit them to ZATCA in line with KSA e‑invoicing requirements.
- Carry out cash collection and credit control for Energy and Maritime divisions in KSA, including customer follow‑ups and monitoring receivables.
- Support procurement and operational processes across KSA, Qatar, and other ME entities, including purchase request coordination, PO tracking, invoice matching, and vendor queries.
- Verify and record AP/AR transactions and reconcile sub‑ledgers before month‑end.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain supporting documentation.
- Support month‑end close by preparing schedules and resolving transactional issues.
- Assist with data preparation for VAT, WHT, and other statutory filings in KSA.
- Respond to internal stakeholder queries on financial transactions and reports.
What we're looking for:
- Previous Finance Administration experience.
- Knowledge of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger processes.
- Experienced with KSA VAT regulations and ZATCA e‑invoicing requirements will be preferred.
- Understanding of the procure‑to‑pay (P2P) cycle, including purchase orders, goods receipt, and invoice matching.
- Experienced in using ERP systems (IFS is an advantage).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
