  • Good understanding of Australian payroll legislation, Awards, EBAs, Fair Work requirements, and employment contracts.
  • Experience working with payroll systems and managing payroll data, reconciliations, and compliance reporting.
  • Proactive problem solver with the ability to manage priorities and deliver accurate results to deadlines.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to accuracy.

  • Wellbeing programs – employee assistance program to support you and your immediate family with counselling and support as needed.
  • Flexible working arrangements, including a condensed working week to support a half day every Friday.
  • Generous paid community service leave to support your local community or serve as a defence reservist.
