The Role:
As STS Operations Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in delivering safe, compliant, and efficient Ship-to-Ship operations across the globe. Please note that this list is not exhaustive. Additional duties may be assigned by your line manager in line with your skills, experience, and the requirements of the role.  This role may need you to work closely with the UK team, therefore, flexibility to align your working day with the UK may be required.

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience within Ship-to-Ship (STS) operations or a similar offshore, marine, or maritime operational environment.
  • A good understanding of HSEQ principles and operational compliance requirements, with a strong commitment to safety and best practice.
  • Commercial awareness, including experience managing costs, quotations, budgets, and margin performance.
  • Strong planning, coordination, and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple operational activities simultaneously.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to governance, compliance, and operational accuracy.
  • Confident communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with customers, suppliers, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
  • The ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in fast-paced, high-pressure operational environments.
  • A resilient and accountable team player who takes ownership and consistently delivers high standards of performance.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset, with a commitment to continuous improvement and alignment with our company values.

Why join us?
