About the role:
This role is perfect for an individual who enjoys a fast-paced environment, is a personable team player, and thrives on being involved and delivering the best customer services to our clients.
Your key responsibilities will also include:
- Generating job files, work packs, requisitions, certification.
- Action, log and follow up all email enquiries, liaising with clients for any reservations.
- Ensuring the Services Calendars are maintained.
- Invoicing of weekly, monthly and quarterly billing.
- Creating, maintaining sales orders & work orders.
- Liaising and assisting with any additional administration requirements.
- Provide reception cover.
What do you need?
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel & Powerpoint.
Attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks and work well under pressure.
Able to work in a team environment in a collaborative manner and have a proactive nature and able to work to tight deadlines.
Excellent people skills, confident & friendly with a good awareness of customer care.
Be a highly motivated self-starter capable of working independently.
Work effectively and efficiently as part of a team and be well organised and able to multi-task.
Have good verbal and written communications skills and able to prioritise work tasks and activities effectively.
*For this role you will need to have the right to reside and work in the UK and live within a commutable distance to the NHC, Aberdeen.
