About the role:
The key role for the Testing Technician is to assess testing requirements and testing methodology, conducting testing, and provide data for final test reports for engineering or client review.
To deliver all testing requirements from internal product testing, research and development testing and external customer testing, utilising an existing suite of test equipment & assets.
To ensure testing is conducted in a safe manner, in accordance with verified protocols and results recorded in formal reports for both internal and external customers.
Reporting directly to the Testing Team Lead and will be required to consult with any associated team members for the purpose of planning efficiency.
This position may require shift or weekend work to support testing requirements as the project needs.
Your key responsibilities will also include:
- Accountable for completion of testing of breathing equipment in accordance with company processes.
- Accountable for completing testing in a timely manner.
- Responsible for assessing customers testing requirements and engaging with internal departments to define and provide testing solutions.
- Assessing test methodology issued by internal or external customers.
- Providing data that clearly records test equipment performance, methodology, results, and recommendations.
- Interface with wider business to provide input to testing requirements.
- Responsible for ensuring test equipment and assets are calibrated and maintained to meet business demands.

- Experience within a test or equipment qualification environment.
