Digital Learning Experience Business Partner

The Role
We have an amazing opportunity for experienced Digital Learning Experience Business Partner. Reporting into the Head of Talent Management you will be responsible for maintaining and optimising our learning technology platforms to foster a dynamic and engaging learning culture. Working with subject matter experts you will help build content for them which will go to digital learning assets and deliver training both online and face to face.
Role Accountabilities
- Prepare budget and ensure contract efficiency for our learning technology ecosystem recommending changes as appropriate in line with the overall HRIS strategy and the HRIS team.
- Collaborate with the Talent Management team and wider HR community to align on scope, design and delivery content according to the annual priorities.
- Ability to execute an annual plan aligned to the priorities set by the Head of Talent Management.
Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience
- Experience of, and a passion for, developing learning cultures in a corporate environment through learning technology and digital learning experiences.
- Demonstrated experience in managing and optimising learning technology platforms, ideally within a corporate or large global organisational setting.
- Strong technical skills and experience with Learning Management Systems (experience with learning experience and knowledge sharing platforms such as HowNow, Kallidus Learn, Learning 360, Moodle would be advantageous) and e-learning authoring tools (e.g.,
- Articulate, Adobe Captivate) able to engage with the IT team.
- Proven track record in instructional design and development of engaging digital content, with a solid understanding of adult learning principles and digital education best practices in both technical and soft skills.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within deadlines.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities, capable of building partnerships and influencing at all levels
