Our team of inhouse Talent and Resourcing Advisors support the James Fisher Group Talent and Recruitment Agenda and practices which provides a proactive value-added service to the business. This role will include identifying, driving and managing the full talent cycle and creating a talent pipeline in line with the JFG goals. Experience of Inhouse Recruitment within Engineering and Global Recruitment experience in particular APAC Regions is required.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process for both high volume areas and specialist roles at an Entry level to senior exec level.
- Coaching and supporting hiring managers, helping to develop line manager recruitment capability and interview skills.
- Liaising with hiring managers and HRBPs to understand recruitment needs for new and specialist roles.
- Creating compelling job adverts and attracting candidates via multiple channels.
- Supporting with CV screening, telephone interviewing and face to face interviews.
- Support the Talent and Resourcing team with high volume recruitment and on boarding, benchmarking, monitor, manage and Develop Talent.
- Facilitate and manage talent processes such as, identifying the best talent, building Talent Pools, head hunting, Succession Planning and Organisational Management reviews.
- Support the Head of Talent and Resourcing with specific projects
- Build close relationship with key business stakeholders; gaining a thorough understanding of the anticipated talent planning activities.
- Build and manage relationships with external providers which includes maintaining and updating the PSL
- Assistance with the provision of monthly and quarterly reporting and MI
- Assistance with ad-hoc projects/duties may be required to support the business
Required Experience
- Strong In-house Resourcing, Recruitment and head hunting experience
- Global recruitment experience ideally within India / APAC regions
- Experience using several candidate sourcing tools including job boards, CV databases and ATS.
- Experience of behavioural / competency-based interviewing.
- Experience of building Talent Pools and pipelines
- Experience of working in recruitment Engineering advantageous
- Ability to manage a high volume of tasks/roles and prioritising demanding workloads
- Ability to influence and coach at Middle to Senior Manager level
- Able to deal with multiple stakeholders
- Strong IT skills (including all Microsoft Office Applications - Word, PowerPoint, Excel advanced knowledge of GDPR and IR35 and experience of using ATS in particular Eploy

It is essential that you have strong recruitment and stakeholder management experience, this is a high-volume role in various genres and locations including Globally. You will ideally be available to start within 4 weeks maximum, the role is to start immediately.
The role is a hybrid of office and home working, you will need to be able to attend one of our offices one or two days per week as required.
