Production and Service Coordinator

The Role:
As the Production and Service Coordinator, you’ll support our Diving and Hyperbaric operations, ensuring timely delivery of products and services that make a real impact in safety and innovation. You’ll work closely with a dedicated team in Bibra Lake, WA, contributing to projects that support both commercial and defence markets.
What you’ll be doing:
- Develop Work Orders to support maintenance activities.
- Monitor and review component purchasing requirements.
- Maintain rolling 6-month forecasts for service and manufacturing demands.
- Create purchase requisitions for parts, inventory, and consumables.
What we’re looking for:
- Intermediate skills in MS Office (Excel).
- Experience setting up and maintaining inventory and purchasing records within an ERP/MRP system and ability to analyse data to establish optimal inventory levels.
- Well-developed time management and planning skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively and work to deadlines.
- Strong observation and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Service minded with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Adaptable and flexible to meet schedule and changing requirements.
