The Role:
The Head of Regional Sales – APAC will play a key role in driving growth by shaping strategy, unlocking new markets, and building a high-performing sales organisation. Responsible for revenue delivery and orderbook growth, this role leads all regional sales activity, including account management, bidding, and tendering. The successful candidate will implement a scalable, data-driven sales model aligned to strategic goals—identifying new opportunities, strengthening existing relationships, and delivering competitive bids through clear win strategies and strong market insight.
Alongside this, they will define and execute a regional marketing and communications strategy across Defence product lines, ensuring strong alignment with broader business objectives. Working closely with the Senior Leadership Team, they will help shape and deliver a cohesive go-to-market approach, while building trusted, enduring relationships with military clients and industry partners across APAC.
What you'll be doing:
- Develop and deliver the APAC defence sales strategy to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and unlock new markets, channels, and customer segments.
- Own regional sales performance, achieving targets through disciplined forecasting, KPI tracking, and strong execution.
- Lead, coach, and scale a high-performing sales team, embedding best-practice account management and long-term capability.
- Build and maintain strategic customer and partner relationships, leading senior negotiations to secure long-term value.
- Lead all bid and tender activity, ensuring compliance, competitive positioning, clear win strategies, and timely approvals.
- Analyse market trends and customer needs to shape differentiated value propositions and influence product positioning.
- Collaborate with Finance, Marketing, and Product teams to align sales planning, budgeting, and go-to-market strategy.
- Deliver a targeted regional marketing and communications plan that strengthens brand, supports growth, and drives ROI.
What we're looking for:
