European Sales Manager – France

The Role:
As European Sales Manager (France), you will be instrumental in expanding our presence within the European and NATO defence markets, building strong customer relationships and converting opportunities into sustainable business growth. Operating in a strategically important region, you will lead business development initiatives, engage with key industry stakeholders and help shape our commercial success across the defence sector.
This role offers the opportunity to work at the forefront of a dynamic and evolving market, developing new opportunities while strengthening existing partnerships. Collaborating closely with customers, partners and internal teams, you will deliver tailored solutions, influence commercial strategy and drive revenue growth through a proactive and customer-focused approach.
We are seeking a resilient and results-oriented professional with excellent communication and relationship-building skills, strong commercial acumen and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively. Fluency in English is essential, along with a passion for developing business and creating long-term value in a highly strategic environment.
What you’ll be doing:
- Identify, develop and secure new business opportunities across Central Europe and NATO defence markets, driving growth and delivering against sales objectives.
- Build and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, including major European defence primes, Ministries of Defence (MoDs), NATO organisations and strategic partners.
- Develop and execute sales strategies using market intelligence, competitor analysis and industry insights to maximise commercial opportunities.
- Prepare and present high-quality proposals, presentations and commercial agreements to support successful business outcomes.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are understood, projects are delivered successfully and long-term customer satisfaction is achieved.
- Monitor sales performance, maintain accurate pipeline and forecast reporting, and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Represent the company at defence industry events, conferences and trade exhibitions, enhancing brand presence and generating new business opportunities.
