The Role:
We are seeking an organised and proactive Office Administrator to provide efficient administrative support to our Namibia branch. This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office, coordinating administrative activities, managing records and documentation, supporting local teams, and maintaining effective communication across the business. The successful candidate will play a key role in creating an efficient and well-organised working environment.
What you'll be doing:
- Maintain and track compliance documents to ensure they remain current and valid.
- Prepare accurate operational documentation to support branch activities.
- Act as a key liaison between external stakeholders and the company.
- Process and maintain finance-related documents, including petty cash, timesheets, accruals, and revenue records.
- Ensure all administrative documentation is completed and submitted on time.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to keep the branch running smoothly.
What we're looking for:
- Professional and confident telephone manner.
- Strong receptionist and customer service skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong coordination and organisational skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and willing to learn.
- Effective time management and ability to prioritise tasks.
- Strong administrative and record-keeping skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
