About
Our team of inhouse Talent and Resourcing Advisors support the Global James Fisher and Sons Talent and Recruitment Agenda and practices which provides a proactive value-added service to the business. This role will include identifying, driving and managing the full talent cycle and creating a talent pipeline in line with the JFS goals. Experience of Inhouse Recruitment beneficial as is experience with Engineering and Global Recruitment.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Supporting with the end to end recruitment process for both high volume areas and specialist roles.
- To work closely with the Talent and Resourcing team supporting a bespoke recruitment service to assist the business
- Coaching and supporting hiring managers, helping to develop line manager recruitment capability and interview skills.
- Liaising with hiring managers and HRBPs to understand recruitment needs for new and specialist roles.
- Creating compelling job adverts and attracting candidates via multiple channels, candidate screening and selection
- To facilitate and manage talent processes such as, identifying the best talent in the market, building Talent Pools, head hunting, Succession Planning practices.
- To support, train, and coach line managers understand and implement Talent and Resourcing Management processes.
- Build close relationship with key business stakeholders; gaining a thorough understanding of the anticipated talent planning activities.
- Build and manage relationships with external providers which includes maintaining the PSL
- Implement innovative talent campaigns to attract the best talent available.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Strong recruitment experience - inhouse Talent, Development and Resourcing experience preferred
- Experience of using recruitment ATS
- Experience using several candidate sourcing tools including job boards and CV databases
- Experience of behavioral / competency-based interviewing
- Experience of building Talent Pools and pipelines
- Ability to manage a high volume of tasks/roles and prioritising demanding workloads
- Ability to deal with andto influence and coach multiple stakeholders at Middle to Senior Manager level
- Strong IT skills (including all Microsoft Office Applications - Word, PowerPoint, Excel advanced
- Knowledge of GDPR

The role is a hybrid of office and home working, you will need to be able to attend one of our offices one or two days per week as required.
