The Role:
The Sales Executive will work under the supervision of the Team Leader and collaborate with internal departments such as marketing, customer service, and operations. The role includes direct interaction with clients to drive sales and build relationships.
In addition, you will be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales targets, and promoting company products/services.
The role aims to expand the customer base, enhance customer satisfaction, and contribute to the company’s revenue growth.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Meeting individual sales targets and contributing to the overall team sales turnover.
- Manage a portfolio of customers and increase the market share for assigned products/services.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Identify potential clients and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and market research.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Negotiate and close sales agreements while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and customer feedback to the Team Leader.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client engagement and relationship building.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Demonstrable sales experience, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A valid driver’s license may be required for client visits
