The Company:
James Fisher Offshore & Decommissioning is a trusted partner across the oil and gas life of field from drilling to abandonment. We combine knowledge, innovation and experience to provide engineering solutions, equipment and full project support from subsea and decommissioning operations.

The Role:
The Administration Supervisor will be a key member of the operations team, requiring strong administrative and organisational skills ideally gained within an equipment hire/oil services environment.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• To ensure that all service and maintenance documentation for hire equipment is up to date.
• Documentation packs for equipment to be produced and checked prior to equipment              mobilisation.
• Processing timesheets
• Assist all workshop staff in the smooth running of the operations department
• Managing correspondence and maintaining data entry applications.
• Reception duties to include:
• Answering and directing calls, scheduling appointments.
• Maintaining filling systems
• Greeting and assisting visitors

In addition:
Training of regional personnel ensuring that all regional opposite numbers are provided with the knowledge and understanding to fulfil role.
Ensure regional counterparts are following same process as the UK business, creating templates for them to work to.

Skills & Experience:

• Proficient with IT software such as Word, Excel.
• Experience from within a similar industry.
• Previous administrative experience is a must.
